The two best ‘Elimination Diet’ methods to quickly find what keeps making you sick!

1. The no-brainer/ fastest method is to eliminate all foods from your diet – and then eat only one type of food on the first day. Then each consecutive day, slowly start adding another type food back into your daily diet until you find the one food that makes you sick - or that you are allergic to.
2. If you can somehow narrow it down to a handful of suspect foods/beverages that might possibly be making you sick/allergic, then you only need to remove the most ‘suspect’ one food from your diet. Sometimes you get lucky the first try – but most often, it can take several weeks actually figure out which type of food is the agitator of your health.
