The toxins circulating in our own blood can readily kill us if the blood flow is stopped in one of our limbs for example, for an extended period of time; and then later allowed to be released suddenly into the main blood stream.
But in order for this to happen, the blood must remain stagnant and cut off for several minutes in one of our limbs to hinder the blood/kidney cleansing/detoxifying effect. Therefore, every minute of every hour, our endocrine system, which includes our many lymph nodes, must be working overtime to help balance such poisonous toxicity in our own blood. If not, we would all die daily from our own poisonous blood.
Also, by consuming toxin producing bad foods daily, only adds more work for our bloodstream to clean it up. Detoxification of our bodies from excess blood pollutants, excessive fat, toxic metals stored in our bones, or overworked lymph nodes; can usually only be accomplished when we stop putting the kinds of foods into our bodies that are causing these symptoms. An excess of lymph node toxicity eventually leads to cancer as the lymph nodes a can be viewed as a multitude of 'blue-collar workers' cleaning up our blood supply (by storing excess toxins) to help prevent cancer.
