Your Daily Diet-plan

My very simple ‘lifestyle change’ diet-plan can be found in my free e-book “Staying Normal” on this website. It is only one page long and is an easy to follow daily routine. And if you stick to this routine you will feel plenty of energy, less sluggish and often will not even get hunger pains; and your body will be able to get more than enough enzyme-rich nutrients out of the food you eat every day.

Another added benefit of my ‘lifestyle change’ diet-plan is that it keeps different food groups separate so that they digest better and will give you less indigestion and stomach gas. When eating from these four main food groups... proteins, starches, vegetables and fruits..we should be waiting at least half an hour for one food group to digest in our stomachs before consuming another type of food group - for limited putrefying and fermentation of food inside our intestines. It seems that when mankind ceased being the hunter/gatherer (who would eat just one food source as it was found) is when we started to develop many of our modern diseases. And buying our food from supermarkets today, only adds to our insatiable desire for mixing too many food groups together in one meal.
