And don't forget to include downloading a free copy of my e-book on the home page of this website named "Staying Normal in a Confusing World"...how to achieve Body, Mind & Spirit health - via simple foods, clear thinking and balanced spirituality. The reason I wrote this e-book.... ... was to try to combine all the information I have learned from my university studies in Organizational Behaviour (in Business) and Christian Counselling (with some theology and some psychology). The information on human anatomy and natural health and healing has been acquired from years of being a mad researcher on the internet and reading books authored by mostly out-of-the-square thinking health professionals. I have also included areas of my studies in addictions and spirituality into this e-book to try to make it a truly holistic health approach.
I believe it is a balanced e-book on how to combine body, mind and spirit health in today’s hectic lifestyle with so many things vying for our attention and distracting us from ever being truly healthy individuals. And there seems to be so much disinformation out there today published by corporations that have their own agenda for maximum profit, that just confuse people concerning what is truly healthy/unhealthy. Also, it seems that independent researchers or free-lance journalists are scarce today, perhaps because they seem not to be permitted to report what they actually find anymore. We live in a corporate-based world that wants to keep us totally in the mainstream with our way of education, thinking and our approach to health i.e their way of thinking. They want us to only trust their peer-based research that has been first been filtered down, in order ‘toe-the-line’ with the corporations that rule over us.
Please remember that natural health cures used to be considered mainstream health, administered by doctors before the 1930’s, and often were very successful too, in curing people by dealing with the root cause of illness rather than mainly just the symptoms; which modern medicine seems to target frequently. But then those in the well-funded field of ‘alchemy’ began to shut these holistic doctors down so that they could sell us their chemical-based cures for sheer profit…because they couldn’t sell us healthy food or exercise, could they?
